* Accompanying persons are the people who accompany the participants at the congress (a spouse, friend or adult child who is NOT working in an art education related occupation or field).

Registration Fee Covers

Registration fee for participants includes access and availability to;

  • All scientific Session
  • Welcome Reception (June 28, 2018)
  • Tour (July 1, 2018)
  • Lunches and Coffee Breaks
  • Welcome kit including name tag

Payment Method

Domestic Participant

Domestic Participant can pay the registration fee by Wire Transfer and On-site Credit Card. In case of the on-site card payment, the payment will be made by registration fee which the participants made registration.

Overseas Participant

Overseas Participant can pay the registration fee by Online Credit Card, Wire Transfer and On-site Credit Card. The payment using online credit card is recommended and In case of the on-site card payment, the payment will be made by registration fee which the participants made registration.

By Credit Card

VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted.
Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay.

By Wire Transfer

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to registration fees. The wire transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, as unidentified wire transfers cannot be processed. Participants are also requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the NDM 2018 secretariat.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be given after May 18, 2018.
  • Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by e-mail

  • All refunds will be made after the conference for administrative reasons and all bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
  • Note that the bank charge for refunds should be paid by the registrants.

Cancellation and refund will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation before April 30 Full refund
Cancellation before May 17 50% refund
Cancellation after May 18 No refund
